Full Return Policy

Each one of our reconditioned products is fully tested by our team of professionals in accordance with the highest quality standards, and is guaranteed to be fully functional.

With nearly 30 years in the automation business and thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, our commitment to excellence in providing environmentally friendly reconditioned controls and building sustainable relationships with our clients have been the cornerstones of our success.

A 20% restocking fee will apply in cases where the item is in working condition. Buyer must pay return shipping.  

The item must be returned without alteration in the condition in which it was received. The factory sealed Items are non-refundable if the factory seal has been broken.

Original serial numbers must be verified and match the purchased item as noted on our invoice. 

All items included in the original package must be returned with the unit, including packaging and boxes, hardware, manuals and accessories.

If any damage or alterations have been made to the unit, return is void and no refund will be issued. The item will then be returned to the buyer.

Refund will be issued after the completion of a return inspection.

One year warranty is non-transferable. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Please provide your name and order number,
2. Indicate whether you would like to exchange the item, return it for store credit, or receive a refund to the original payment method
3. List the products you wish to return or exchange from your order and the reason for the return
4. We will provide you with shipping information
5. You will receive your refund or store credit within 3 business days after the date the returned item(s) are received
